Q. what age range is kingdom of your mind suitable for ?

A. Kingdom of your Mind is primarily aimed at 7 - 13 year olds but can also be used and enjoyed by older children and adults alike.
The method and technique is absolutely suitable and highly effective for all readers age 7 and upwards but possibly not suitable for the less mature reader.

Q. What is the aim of the book

A. The aim of Kingdom is to provide children with a simple but effective way of gaining ownership over their mind. Even as adults we often forget that we own our minds and it can often feel that it is controlled by other people and external factors. The hope is that by teaching this method to children in their formative years they can carry it with them throughout their life.

Q. Can my child read it alone ?

A. Kingdom has been written to be enjoyed independently or as a shared experience. There are drawing and conversation points throughout the book which provides adults with an opportunity to gain insight into a child’s thoughts and feelings. Sometimes initiating emotional conversation with children can be the hardest part of beginning to understand how they are emotionally.
